Nước dòng Sông Cửu sẽ nhiễm-độc từ Thượng-Nguồn! Và chẩy xuống, ảnh hưởng cả một <Vùng Châu Thổ>, Mới đây VNCS chấp thuận Vùng Tài-Nguyên Beauxit, Để TC vào khai-thác quặng Nhôm suốt <15 năm>, Các nhà Khoa-Học đã ước tính hàng năm, Cả <Ngàn tấn chất Ô Nhiễm> sẽ dồn vào Dòng Sông Cửu, Toàn Vùng Cao Nguyên, và Vùng Châu Thổ, Sức-khoẻ Dân mình sẽ giảm Tuổi Thọ đương-nhiên, Còn nguồn Hải-Sản phong phú sẽ tắt luôn, Và Lợi-Tức dân nghèo dần dần thêm ngắc-ngoải! Một cái Giá phải trả của nền <Văn Minh Vật Chất>? Khi Đông Phương phải sao chép Tây Phương, Hay cái Tinh Hoa Trí Tuệ của một Vùng, Đang sụp đổ vì Vong Thân theo Vật Chất? Trọng Thùy Sơn - 7/2009 Translation The Mekong River & Vietnamese Mentality Palavering, Social Poem When hearing the News of constructing Damps for Energy, The Mekong River has been in pain all over its body, In the Upper Mekong, Red China has constructed several Damps for a long time, Red China needs Electric Energy, < Man wan Damp>, was constructed in 1996, <RC> Next, the Dacha Shan Damp was done in 2003, In 2008, the Gongguoqiao Damp was added for its Industrial Need, RC planned to build other three, <Jinghong, Xiaowan, NuoZhadu>, Starting Calendar Years 2010, 2013 & 2017, Other 12 Damps are also projected in RC’s Industry Development Program, In the Future, RC will dominate the whole region of Upper Mekong & Basin, The condition of <Pollution> in Mekong River has been increasingly noted, It has seriously besmirched several Streams running through Thailand & Laos, However, the most damaged part is the South Vietnam Mekong Plain, The whole Southern Region of Vietnam is depended on this Mekong Plain, Today, due to the critical need of energy, Vietnam, Kampuchia, Thailand & Laos, They are planning to construct at least 11 Damps in this River, The Mekong River Body will be sooner or later broken and damaged, Its Water Fish Resources will be seriously polluted! The Mekong Water is naturally polluted from the Upper Part! This Water will run downstream and influence the whole Plain Region! Recently, CVN[1] has approved for RC to exploit Bauxite at the Highland Region, RC got the long term Contract of exploiting this bauxite in VN for 15 years, While some Scientists have estimated in a Warning Report, Thousand of tons of Polluted Substance will be poured into the Mekong River, The Health Condition of all people in the Highland as well as the Plain Area, Will be effected considerably & Human Life Span will be shorter, The River Fish Resources will be loosing! It will affect our Poor Residents Revenue more critically! That is the Price which our Materialistic Civilization must pay, Is that a high Price we have to pay for the <Materialistic Civilization>? When The Orient must copy exactly the Western, The Intellectual Quintessence of a Universal Part, Is being collapsed due to Its Materialistic Alienation? Gradually, the Orient will be not the Wonderful Fairyland of Mankind anymore? From now on, Its Body will be suffered and maltreated? The Image of An Oriental Scholar will be deformed its original characters? It could be his acceptance of laboring himself the whole long day in a Factory? Because, the Philosophy of our Modern Human Beings are..
