Một số Quốc Gia được bầu vào LHQ, kể cả XHCN-Việt Nam.. Mà trong Nước Họ, Vấn Đế Nhân Quyền rất bất công, bất chính? Nha DESA giải quyết những Vấn Đề Bất Quân Bình Xã Hội.. Mục đích làm cho Con Người được No Ấm, có Sự Công Bình.. Song đa phần là Phần Lý Thuyết hướng dẫn để theo.. Trên Thực Tế, Hố Giầu Nghèo ngày càng thấy sâu, trong Nhân Loại.. Khá nhiều lãnh vực mà Các Quốc Gia Độc Tài hay XHCN còn loay hoay… Chưa thấy rõ những Mục Tiêu Thanh Cao của Tình Nhân Bản.. Địa Cầu Hôm Nay, theo tôi đang hướng vào Hy Vọng.. Nhất là những Siêu Cường vừa nổi như TQ-XHCN, Nhà Nước Hồi Giáo, hay LB Nga.. Cho tới khi nào các Lãnh Tụ của những Đại, Siêu Cường.. mọi Quốc Gia.. Biết Ngồi Lại cùng nhau, Giải Quyết Vấn Đề Nhân Thế… Nhiều Xã Hội không may vẫn chịu Nhiều Thiệt Thòi & Bất Hạnh.. Dân Chúng trong Vùng vẫn phải vật lộn với Sự Sống bấp bênh? Có nhiều nơi, Mức Lợi Tức rất đói khổ, suốt năm.. Và Bệnh Hoạn, Thiếu Tiện Nghi, hàng triệu Trẻ Em Thất Học? Thiếu Việc Làm, Họ buộc dồn vào nhiều Hướng Đời Kiếm Sống… Kể cả Buôn Người, Cướp Biển, Khủng Bố, Găng Đảng, Tệ Đoan? Đoàn Người Di Cư nghèo đói.. với Kiếp Lưu Vong.. Đang diễn tiến và còn biết bao Điều Bi Kịch!!! Trong khi đó, các Lãnh Tụ còn bơ vơ, chưa tìm xong Định Hướng? Chèn Ép nhau và không thể tạo được một Nền Văn Hóa, Giấc Mơ? MHXHNB được xem như là một Chủ Đích thăng hoa? Nhưng phải Bồi Dưỡng nhiều phần, khi Ứng Dụng? Chế Độ Liên Bang như Hoa Kỳ trong MHXHNB… Phải chăng là một Mô Hình có Chất Lượng khá tốt Hôm Nay? Vậy tại sao, các Lãnh Tụ CS và Độc Tài của Thế Giới này.. Không Ứng dụng vì đó là một Cẩm Năng rõ nét? MHXHNB hôm nay là một Nhu Cầu khẩn thiết.. Ước mong rằng Các Lãnh Tụ hãy ngồi lại, chọn lựa tinh hoa? Địa Cầu Nhân Loại, với Niềm Tin, sẽ Thái Hòa? Và Thế Giới Người sẽ có Hòa Bình & Chia Sẻ? In Reality, we still see A Big Gap between the Rich and the Poor in Mankind .. However, the document called <the National Forum Social Development> or (The International Forum for Social Development-UN) Still be considered as a Guideline for the Developing Countries? The Quality of Human Rights and Ethics Makes Human Conscience alive? Therefore, this Institution still is a Piece of Land where is still transplanting Human Rights for the World Situation Today? It is quite a number of areas in which the National Socialist Leaders of Other Dictators are still struggling ...or in another word, they are not clear the high Goal of Humanity .. The Earth Today, personally, It is being directed to A Hope .. Particularly, for most recently-emerged & famous Superpowers, such as Socialist China, the Islamic State, or Russia Federation .. Until the Leaders of these Superpowers know how to sit together again, and solve their Human Social Problems positively ... At Present, unfortunately, we still observe daily with a lot of Social Tragedies… Many are still disadvantaged, several people of the region still grappling with uncertainties in their Life? There are many places, very hungry Income level, throughout the year .. And a lot of sicknesses, Many Homeless without Charity Facilities and Helops; Millions of missing-school children.. are seen? A lot of Nations, Jobless people, they had to find their living by more dangerous labor or risky activities, including Trafficking, Pirates, Terrorism, Party Gloves, Evils, etc..? Migrants are increased with their lifetime poverty .. in Exile .. Ongoing and also how The Tragedy Is for Human Beings !!! Meanwhile, the Leaders are helpless, yet to finish their Life Orientation? Insert, Injection together and can not create a Culture, a Dream? MHXHNB <Human Social Model> has been seen as a Deliberate Sublimation? But this Model has fostered in several parts, when taking its Applications? This Model, is officially known as the US Federal Form of Government.. It Was Considered As The Best Model with good Qualities Today? So why, the Communist and and Dictatorship Leaders of the World today still be reluctant applying this Human Social Model? Our Human Social Model today is an Urgent Need .. The World Leaders should sit back together and choose the Elite? Our Earth of Mankind, with Faith, will be shared with Peace & Happiness?
