Socialist China Culture & American + Western Culture, Who Will Be Dominant and Who Will Be Recessive in Future? So they are in conflicts and naturally, different. Red China has been orienting its Mode to the Market Economy; Therefore, Red China has caused a lot of conflicts due to its high ambition of several resources and benefits. Also, besides its strategic targets and economic migrations, Red China has created several collisions to the Asia Pacific Region and Other Continents as well. Under the net Reviews Economic Aspects, Red China has rapidly overtaken Japan's No. 2 Economy; however, It can't be considered as the 2nd Superpower at all. Because, if Red China wants to become the true Superpower, it needs more Promoting Areas. We compare the United States, post-TC II and the Cold War, or some Western Countries in the European Union .. We realized that, in addition to their Nuclear Strength, they must improve high education, especially Human Studies, in Science and Technologies. Red China today has invented several kinds of products, but its degree of Technical Programs and specially its Quality has not been well classified yet. Its Field of Language, Writing Letters, Information Degree, etc.. have still remained at the same low level. It requires Times enough to adapt itself into the Globe, particularly the requirements of a Civilization. Considering those, only USA and EU could be attaining the Degree of a Superpower. For Red China and Russia, except Nuclear Ability, we must compare their other fields such as their present Diplomatic Policy as well as other Areas which need more time to improve and adapt into Global Requirements. Through their recent Behaviors, the World Community has seen clearly that they need to improve their Humanity Education, Human Studies, Human Rights, etc.. At present, these two Superpowers haven't shown enough those Good Characters. With my evaluation, these two Superpowers <Red China and Russia> must positively develop more Human Projects and improve more Human Better Characters as well. To me, these two Superpowers, Red China and Russia must improve more qualified Characters to become Helpful Fully Elite & Civilized Cultures so that they can attract more Recessive Cultures in the Region. Similar to the Culture of ancient Mankind, however, they need to wait for Time to attain that kind of level. Obserivng the Qualities being built by these two Superpowers <Red China and Russia>, during the time being, the Dominant Cultures remaining are only USA and EU. Our Vietnamese Ancestors have a very wise Chinese-Vietnamese Proverb, "Using the High Speed, You Could Not Make Objective". We hope that Red China and Russia should understand and know how to adjust their too high ambition; otherwise, they will drive their Cultures into their Destruction! Hoặc vài Nước Tây Phương trong Liên Hiệp Âu Châu.. Ngoài Khả Năng thụ đắc Võ Học Hạch Tâm.. Nền Giáo Dục cần phát triển cao, nhất là Khả Năng đa Ngành Khoa Học? Tuy TQ-XHCN hôm nay đã phát minh được nhiều Sản Phẩm.. Xong Độ Trình Kỹ Thuật và Chất Lượng chưa mấy phổ thông? Lãnh vực Ngôn Ngữ, Chữ Viết, Thông Đạt vẫn dậm chân?
