Khó chấp-nhận CĐCS hiện tại ở Việt Nam, Vì nhiều lý-do, Kinh-Tế và nhất là Chính-Trị, Cho đến nay, Quốc Nội vẫn còn <Phân Chia Giai Cấp>, Việt Kiều về không được quyền hưởng <Quy Chế Tự Do>, Chẳng hạn <Không Được Quyền> sở hữu Nhà hay <Cư Trú Tự Do>, Vẫn phải trình-diện Chính Quyền dù ở <Địa Phương hay Đô Thị>, Còn khía cạnh Nhẩy Cả̀m hơn, như Chính-Trị, Không được Quyền Phê Bình Chính-Sách của Chính-Quyền, Ngay trong Quốc-Nội, đã có những Người Dân, Bị Nhốt Tù hoặc bị Tại Gia Quản-Thúc, Chỉ vì <Lên Tiếng Nói> trái với Chủ Trương <của Chính-Quyền Cộng-Sản>, Hiến-Pháp VN vẫn <duy trì Độc Đảng>, chỉ <1 Đảng Cộng Sản> mà thôi, Tầng lớp Lãnh-Đạo CS đã bắt buộc Toàn-Dân, Phải Giáo Dục và tuân theo Luật Lệ, Pháp-Luật hay Luật-Lệ đưa ra do Đảng định, Từ Chóp Bu, Nhóm Đảng Ủy bầu nhau, <Từ ba thập niên nay>, rồi còn năm tới, những năm sau?, Họ dự-định, sẽ duy trì hoài hoài Quyền-Lực, Song, trong những năm gần đây, vì <Môi Trường Đổi Mới>, Muốn tiến lên, phải thoát khỏi Cảnh Bo-Bo, Và <Người Dân> đã được một chút ít Tự-Do, Theo Hoạch-Định, một Góc Độ nào của CQCS, Tuy-nhiên, thực-tế gần đây, khi Hội-Nhập vào TTKT ́, Trên căn bản xã hội này, Sinh-Hoạt <đã Thích Ứng dần rồi>, Kể từ khi Trung-Quốc Đỏ của cct Đặng-Tiểu-Bình, Và Đàn Em Việt-Nam, cttk Nguyễn-Văn-Linh đổi mới, Thì Phong-Trào đòi Nhân-Quyền Tự Do và Dân-Chủ, Từ Bắc Phương cho xuống tận Việt Nam, Đã nổi lên nhiều đợt đòi hỏi Nhân-Quyền, Điển-hình rõ là <Sự Cố Thiên An Môn, TQ> và VN, Khối 8406? Theo thời-gian, lẽ dĩ-nhiên, Một Nền Văn Hoá, Muốn tiến hơn, sẽ phải Thích-Ứng đến cùng, Như vậy, <nếu, một Cuộc Cách Mạng Mềm> rất có thể xẩy ra, <CCMM> <Thế Hệ Trẻ VKHN> sẽ có hành-động gì cho Đất Nước?
